Acceptance of Terms of Service

1. Registration as a member of IN4SHARE is free of charge.

2. These Terms of Service govern your use of all services provided to you by IN4SHARE.

3. IN4SHARE is a community social networking and advisory servicing for people of all ages, in all UK communities who wish to participate in a national debate at a local level to influence their community.

You acknowledge that IN4SHARE owns the rights to all material on the Site, including copyrights, database rights, trade marks (whether registered or not), design rights and other intellectual or proprietary rights of whatever nature, anywhere in the UK. You may not use any material from the Site, including all logos and brands without the prior written permission of IN4SHARE.

5. Other than retrieving and displaying content from the site from a computer screen, printing individual pages on paper and storing such pages in an electronic form on discs for your own personal none commercial use, without alteration what so ever, you may not attempt to gain access to the site server by any means, including using administrator password or masquerading as an administrator while on this site.

6. IN4SHARE is to be used by you only for your own personal use. You may not make unauthorised use in any way, by publication, re-transmission, distribution, performance, caching or otherwise, of material obtained from the Site.

7. You are solely responsible for all of your use of the Site, including the content of your entries on the site and for the consequences of any such entries.

IN4SHARE prohibits the use of obscene, vulgar, indecent, offensive, unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful messages, including which encourages or engages in conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, giving rise to civil liability or otherwise violating any applicable local, national or international law or regulation. 13. IN4SHARE does not read every message, blog or post generated by users of the Site and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Further, IN4SHARE operates a ‘notice and take-down' policy which means if we notice or are made aware of a post, message or entry that contravenes these Terms of Service we
reserve the right to amend or remove the offending entry.

IN4SHARE does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with any comments, opinions or statements posted by users in discussion forums, blogs or elsewhere on the Site. Any information or material placed on the Site by users, including advice and opinions, is the view and responsibility of those users and does not necessarily represent the view of IN4SHARE. IN4SHARE does not accept any liability for the content or accuracy of material submitted by users of the Site.

15. To make full use of the site, you need to register as a user; however, non members can still be able to view limited information on the website.

16. When you register on the Site you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age or if you are a minor, you have your parents' or guidance consent to use the service or services for which you are registering.
